In June 2007, Debbie Jennings opened an Entrée Vous franchise in Marietta. Debbie has prior experience building and running a retail business, as well as executive-level experience with blue-chip corporations, including Coca-Cola. after a year and a half of operating Entrée vous, however, Debbie felt that the franchise model didn’t quite meet the needs of her customers. So, in January 2009, Debbie invited Kelley Long (another “defector” from a successful corporate career) to trade her business suit for an apron.

Their concept was simple: to build personal relationships with their customers so they could provide an enjoyable, complete meal-solution experience tailored to their customers’ needs. And voila! a la carte market was born.
